SLOW SERVICE KILLING VIRUS

I had hail damage to my car in November 2012. The service I received from Renew-It Sandton was awesome as Global Hail up from minute go. Renew-It took over the Santam claim and returned my car back to me within a week however they LOST my service book.
After numerous emails AND phone calls to both Ahmed and Charles Byrne, I have had no response re my FULL SERVICE RECORD service book. My car is a 2007 model and not having this book devaluates my car by more than R30 000.00. I have phoned, left messages and emailed Renew It Sandton advising them that my car had to go in for a service soon. My car went in for the 180 000km service today and Honda is charging me a horrendous amount of R 825.00 to remake the service book. My question to Renew-It Sandton is, who is going to reimburse me for the mistake THEY made. WHERE IS MY SERVICE BOOK??? Ahmed promised me in February this year to have one made up for me and up to today I have not heard anything.
RENEW-IT SANDTON is like a VIRUS. Silent with no feedback yet killing you slowly but surely from the inside out
I hope and trust that everybody now knows that sending your car to Renew-It Sandton would be a huge mistake!!!
