Poor service and attitude

I brought my Hyundai accent in for the routine service of 75000 km. The day my car was returned I noticed a pink liquid had been running out the front of the vehicle. My first thought was to complain about a dirty car being returned. But it got worse. While diving the car to test it I suddenly noticed the steering wheel was ridiculously hard to turn. It transpired later that the guys conducting the service unplugged the power steering fluid. Since then I have been to the same dealer 3 times about the steering wheel fluid leaking out. They are unable to diagnose the problem. As I sit here they say the container has a hole. Sealing will take 15mins so here I am waiting for over an hour for my car. Yes I still have to drive to pretoria.
Beside the unprofessional service we are asked to bring the vehicle in by 7 and have to often wait till 8 for the service reception to arrive and till 9 before we get a ride home.
The team are truely unprofessional. This leaves an awful taste. I doubt I will be back here.
