We recently rented a car from Avis in Cape Town, it was still dark and the car was dark in color, the driver was informed to pick up the car from a certain bay but the car was never inspected with the driver. Upon returning the vehicle a hole was reported in the front bumper. Now we don't have any proof that the car was found in that condition and surprisingly Avis don't have insurance on the car which means we have to settle the full amount.
