My delivery was scheduled for this morning between 9am and 11am. I phoned the call centre at 10:40 to confirm the delivery time. The agent said she would check with the courier. At 11:10 I phoned again and the agent said she could only log a query and someone would call me. No call has been received and no delivery has been made. This courier company is absolutely USELESS!!! If you are thinking of opening an FNB account, think twice if they are still using CCD 'cause your card will never be delivered.
