I have been called 6 times in the past 2 weeks by CCD, asking for my delivery address. I am furious, and this was all for a single delivery! The first time I gave the address, I had to use the phonetic alphabet for the entire address and repeat everything several times as the person could not understand the address. The first time the parcel was to be delivered, the courier phoned me and asked me to meet him somewhere - not at the delivery address.
Now I get called and asked where I want my parcel delivered on a daily basis - today was the 6th time. Every time, I tell them to listen to the first recording and them magically without listening, they have the delivery address. I am frustrated and angry, and advise everyone to steer clear of this incompetent company!!
Please CCD, if you try to fix this situation, do not bother calling me again, send me an e-mail. I am sick and tired of talking to you over the phone.
