I had an accident with Europe car CLIENT, everytime I contact them for my claim I get told they INVESTIGATING, there is nothing to investigate for 4 months when there client admitted on the POLICE report he is responsible for knocking my car as he drove into me as he was driving in the wrong lane up oncoming cars... I have been driving a broken car for 4 months and all they can say is per email " Dear Shanaaz, I have once again followed up on the outstanding documents. Will revert in due course.
