3 Week Car repai

I bought my VW Eos from Glen branch. When we bought it there was a problem with the airbag which they said they will fix also spares keys was to be ordered. The day we collected the car, there was a scratch on the vehicle which wasn't there the day we first saw it. Ok that will all be fixed including the spare key etc. I took my car in the Monday morning for all the repairs. We are in week three now and still the airbag fault hasn't been repaired, Body work has been done, spare key I said I'll do myself coz I'm fed up with them now. All I want is my vehicle back and up and until today not one single phone call from them. If I don't call and ask about my vehicle I don't get any response. After sales service is really bad, I can honestly say I have never experienced such bad service before. Paying for a vehicle I don't even have. I have emailed them last week and said I'm not happy but they assured me they are on it 24/7 but they can't make 5min of the 24/7 to let me know about my vehicle. Pathetic. The loan car they borrowed me has give me endless trouble the permit has expired. Not a difficult customer but this is not up to standard.
