I have purchased a Mahindra Scorpio november 2012, with a full service history at the agent in Lephalale.
with the Odo on approximate 18000kms the prop-shaft damaged the gearbox.
the vehicle was towed in on monday 13 may 2013, after the dealer told me i have to arrange my own tow in with Mahindra road side assistance. i was stuck ed for two days along side the road after the dealer supplied me with the wrong number for Mahindra road side assistance.
the dealer a.k.a. Ariano motors Lephalale told me that they don't have a car available for me while they repairing my car, they also don't know how long the repairs Will take.
today friday 17 May 2013 i phoned Mahindra SA and spoke to Jolene, she promised a rental car for me, nothing happened, after several calls she seems to disappeared.
i stay on a farm 15 km from town, the Mahindra is my only means of transport, i have 2 children one of them in grade 12, they were not in school for this whole week.
after spending R249 000.00 on a brand new car, i sitting stranded on at home.
MAHINDRA SA call centre are a lost case
ARIANO MOTORS are fast to sell a car but DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!
