I have a complaint about one of the Shell service stations. The gas station is located on Rivonia Boulevard in Johannesburg Gauteng. I filled gas at the station yesterday and I was double-charged due to the attendant who asked for my credit card twice, I did not want to give it to him the second time and told him that I already entered my pin the first time. I said I would be double charged and he still said no, it was fine. The machine produced two receipts and my cell phone had two text messages with the payments debits. The incompetent "manager" refused to refund MY money and also refused to give me the phone number of the owner of the service station. He had the audacity to tell me to return with BANK STATEMENTS! Why should I be inconvenienced and be out of the money due to the service stations inability to carry out the simplest tasks of their job.
