Untrained and unequiped repairer on site

Still sitting in my Land Rover Discovery 3 for a glass replacement on right rear passenger door. Despite my asking the insurance company, the technicians on site have never replaced a Discovery 3's side windows before. Only windscreens. They removed unnecessary inside door panels. Window winder not working anymore. They wanted to leave broken glass pieces inside the door. Upon request to remove it they started scratching it out with a screwdriver because they did not bring a vacuum cleaner along. Been waiting now for an hour in my car for them to go fetch one from their offices. Only to realise that the window was supposed to be fitted from the outside in the first place... I am now stuck with the aftermath and they will walk out of my life with no worries. All this after I had to wait 2 days because of a payment issue between them and Land Rover. It is really bad.
