My wife and I were in the market for an SUV. I saw a Kia Sportage on Carfind and it turned out to be at Formula Autos. I thought the price was too high, as other dealerships were selling them for around R10k less. The one I was looking at had 30, 000km on it, but when I spoke with Dylan (salesperson), he told me that they had one arriving that day with 15, 000km on it for the same price, so I thought that sounds far more reasonable and worth paying the higher price for. We went to see the vehicle on Sat morning, there were 1 or 2 little niggles. We put in an application and stated the trade-in value we needed. The assessor immediately came outside, did an inspection of our vehicle right there and accepted. The banks came back with rates, too high. Heidi (finance) got us a better rate and the deal went through.By Tuesday we had our Sportage, all niggles sorted out and up until now, all is going well.By Thursday our balance of trade-in was paid out. Thank you Dylan & Heidi for your efficiency. Your showroom is also spectacular. Keep up the good rep, it is everything in this industry.
