Invoice had to be paid in full prior to our move on 11 May. Furniture and plants damaged, wooden floors terribly scratched and very arrogant staff. I told them many times that they are damaging my furniture, but staff thought it was a joke and commented in their language which I do not understand. I emailed Eezi Move early this morning requesting them to respond, but have not heard from them
