Poor service!

Because of RMI Cape Town's POOR service I have had to make the decision to fix my car at my cost after spending already R21 000. I actually do not know why the warrantee forced me to fix my car at a RMI approved workshop if that accreditation means nothing when the consumer has taken his car back "7 TIMES" and RMI solution is for that same workshop to sort the problem out. I actually know of two other customers who had similar issues where they too had to fix the car after the workshop failed, that was before CPAct. I will be taking my motor for inspection at a workshop I trust will do a proper investigation with no bias.

Essentially the company is a SHAM to say the least, i paid RMI to do an investigation went about doing exactly what the workshop and RMI requested and still they claim after my car spending so much time at that workshop i have to do it again??? Its a buddy buddy system at the moment where the RMI guy was trying to put blame on me for the car breaking yet the workshop was adamant I could push the car (which i did not because the car never felt 100%)

Bottom line RMI is a money making business that does nothing to assets the consume
