Auto Pedigree and Hyundai incompetence

I bought a Hyundia Atos from Auto Pedigree in February. Two and a half months later - the car has clutch issues. I take it to Hyundai Service Centre in Paarden Eiland - who tell me R5000 for a new clutch, which is of course not under guarantee. I am told the Dealership must pay, as the car was only sold 2.5 month ago and the clutch could not have broken is such a short time. Auto Pedigree say no - it can't be the clutch, I must take it to another mechanic, as Huyyndai service centres tend to 'rip off' their clients!!! So now I wait for Auto Pedigree to take the car to the new mechanic to tell me what the problem is and for Auto Pedigree to pay. And in the meantime Hyundai service centre has lost the car service record book!!
