I paid R500 for a job post

I received this email "Good Morning

We received your CV with regards to the Banking staff posts we advertised at a monthly salary of R9500 plus benefits, to start as soon as possible, and are very pleased to inform you that we are very impressed with your CV and would like to take your application to the next level.

To complete your application you need to deposit a R500 admin (placement) fee into our bank account, use your surname and cellphone number as your reference and we will know that the deposit is from you. The sooner we receive this the sooner we can activate your membership on our database and the sooner we can get you into your job.

Please note that we as a placement agency do not charge you for the job but rather we charge you for membership into our database and for the services we provide to you (as a member of our database) in finding you employment.

As soon as the deposit is made we will call you with the necessary details should the deposit not be done within 2 working days we will have no choice but to fill your spot with someone else"
And I did deposit, when I call him he makes stories or he won't hang up. Please help me
