My services were terminated by Unique personnel after their client (my employer) contacted them instructing them to dismiss me. After 30 days and mentioning to Christelle at unique that I plan to take my employer to the CCMA, all of a sudden my employer says I should report for duty and is denying ever dismissing me, and as all occurred via telephone call, unique are the only ones who can back up my case at the CCMA but have now decided to break all communication with me at probably the instruction of my employer in order for them not to lose them as a client. Although they don't give a that they have just one of their job candidates in the process.
