I have contacted Garth the Head of JC Medical staffing for over a year now to remove me from his database. He sends me spam mails, on a regular basis. On some days its 3-5 of the same emails! He always advertises a position, then asks at the bottom to please let him know if anyone is looking for a locum position. We are doctors, who really don't have the time to promote his business or forward his mails. Furthermore, I do not want my inbox flooded with his mails. I have written to him countless times to request removal from his database. He promises but does not follow through. WOULD YOU TRUST YOUR CV WITH A COMPANY SUCH AS THIS? Including any personal information, when the owner/director/manager Garth is so blase about requests to stop his spamming. Furthermore, he does not ensure that his promises to get me off his database is see through.
