My grandson PW Koch is in a Creche in Secunda.
They had a photo day on 5 November 2013.
Yesterday we got the photos bus was very upset because we did not get what we asked for and as promised.
I was very upset and phoned the lady Renske and asked what is going on, so she said the people that printed the photos (MC Printings) fault because the printer was faulty but the photos that was taken was blurry on some places. Then i asked her what about our order i Order 1x A3 1x A4 and the 2x (5x3 Jumbo), she told me the there was a misunderstanding she meant everything is printed on a A3 and they made a mistake with the jumbo photos as well because it should have been 4 jumbos. I told her then she should have specified it so but she didn't she gave me 2x A4 and 8x jumbo no A3 photos. Even Hannelie of the Creche was upset. I pasted a message on FB and some of the other people was upset as well > Some tried to call her but she refuse to answer her phone. She promised me she will fix it but did not yet contacted me.
