I phoned the Pretoria quest branch and a lady by the name of Patience answer my call.
I kindly ask if she can please put me through to Payroll and she asked "for what?? "
I then explained to her that I am a previous quest employee and would like to get a certificate of service.
She said very rudely "How do you expect me to help you if you don't give me information? I have other calls waiting so be specific. I do not have time!!! Before I could answer her she hang up on me.!!!
I called back and asked why she is so rude and she started screaming at me. Before I could even speak she placed me on hold and never got back to me.
This lady knows nothing about good customer service.
