I went to an interview at Quest for customer care position for Capita, I passed all their tests and they sent me to Capita for a group interview. After that interview I got a call from Quest saying that my application has been successful and I start on 11th of November everything went by fine and on the 31st of October on thursday I get a call from Quest saying I must go to Capita on Friday, 1 November 2013 to sign my contract on my way there I get a call from Quest saying my application is unsuccessful and when I asked based on what grounds they refused to give me an answer saying its confidential even now I don't understand how my application went from being successful to unsuccessful in a matter of days.
