Accomodation for booking not Paid

I worked for one of the large retail groups through SA Locum this previous weekend, and the agreement was that travelling and accommodation was going to be covered, as I had to travel all the way from Pretoria and the locum was in Free State. When I got there my booking voucher was not send through by email as agreed, after several attends to phone their consultants with no answer, I left a massage and decided to book accommodation myself, as the weather was really bad outside(-5). On arrival I realised that I was given the wrong times, as we really report 30min before, I was accually 1 hr 30 min earlier for a shift with no accomodation. I got a call from one of their consultants away later on who apologised to me and promised to sort things out, as he forgot to send me my voucher cause he is faily new there. So I continued to work as usual. I stayed and worked as agreed. When I received my payment, It was late and not as agreed plus my accommodation was still not included as promised, I called and the consultant told me he had to consult with his management and that he's working on trying to get me a refund for accommodation I paid. Todaly I was told it's out of his hands
