Poor and Unreliable Service

Nanny Maids sent me a maid who did not pitch. They then did not return my calls or emails and found me a replacement but did not tell me. Meanwhile I found another maid thinking I had been let down who was excellent [URL Removed] and committed the job to them. Nanny Maids have not admitted their error and will not refund me stating that I have credit to use them on another occasions.

Guys - please - communication is everything and you were at fault.

I suggest that any potential users of Nanny Maids use Shaeda of SG Cleaning instead!
