I called quest on the 30 July 2013 to request my IRP5, spoke to a Charlotte from
Payroll who advised that I will get the documents in 2 to 3 days. Sent her an email
3 days later and never received any response from her. I decided to sent a complain on the
Quest website on the 7th of August and received a confirmation receipt that the matter has been escalated to the relevant manager and my query will be sorted out shortly. I wonder if there are any managers at quest or anybody who's willing to assist. This is by far the most terrible service I've ever received. Quest clearly is not a caring company and doesn't care how much they inconvenience a person. If there's anyone who cares at quest, willing to help, please sent me IRP5 from 2007 to 2013.
