ON NON PAYMENT OF BACKPAY SALARY

Ricky is the owner of a labour agency International Task Labour (ITL), 90% if not all of his placements are at Rotek a member of the Eskom Group. Rotek pays its employees an annual increase every year, however it only kicks in around September but nonetheless it pays a backdated salary effective 1 July, which means it pays the labour brokers the amounts outstanding. Staff U Need an equal broker as ITL pays its employees the backpay but Ricky of ITL doesnt pay even though having received employees income from Rotek, this is, please investigate and shame the man who is enriching himself with people's hard earned income
