To whom it may concern,
This morning at 08:41, I received a call from TRIBALGOLD Recruitment, and without introducing herself, the lady started the conversation by asking me what is my current salary and what am I looking for. She say she found my CV in the database that was 5 months old, she need to updated this to report to her manager.
Soon after I tell her I am not willing to give away my confidential detail like this, she ended the conversation.
10 second later she called again and say she forgot to ask me whether I am on the job market.
Base on my experience with so many agents, I have to say this is most rude attitude I have ever experienced with. Can anyone just become an agent these days?! And don't they need to go through proper training or something?
I am sorry TribalGold, but this conversation has completely ruined my impression about your company.
I am utterly disgusted by the standard of this company. I know they won't care whether I posted this on hello-peter, but I want to left a message to all the job seeker out there, be careful with the company. Their website may look professional but their attitude is not!
