Owner of Spur not interested in listening to me

The incident happened at approximately 6:30pm at the restaurant today. I posted the following message on their Facebook page:

I am currently sitting in Chinook Spur waiting for an apology from the owner (Janine) that I guess I am never going to get. I made a comment about how the waiters mumbled the birthday song. I even made a recording of it. When I told her this, she told me that she stood in front of the store and they sang okay. I told her I have a recording of it and I can play it for her. She refused to listen to the recording and walked away telling me that she does not have to listen to me!! Clearly I am not an important customer to be merely listened to. She then sent the manager to apologize to me. The manager told me they want me to leave here satisfied and happy. Well i am not. I know she is not coming to apologize because she probably think she does not have to because I am not an important customer I guess. This was really pathetic service and I will never come here again or visit ANY of your franchise again! I have very unpleasant suspicions of why I was treated like this...
