Last night 25/04/2013 I went to Nandos in Promenade mall. keeping in mind that its month end and we will probably have to wait a little longer but not wait almost an hour and 30 minutes for your food. I placed my order 19:15 and only received my food 20:30. Firstly when I placed my order the cashier said my food will take 30 minutes which was not supposed to be said at all. Then after waiting an hour I went to the counter as Zanele in particular was the one getting the orders ready and I asked her why she is giving everybody else order that came after me but mine and she just ignored me which was plain rude and unacceptable. Only after I spoke to another lady I finally got my order. This is just plain unacceptable as staff is not working like they should they know the place is full and busy yet they have time to talk and work so slow meaning we can just wait they don't have a care in this world. I paid R338.00 for my food which was a total waste of my money seriously I could've gone to another place I don't think I would've got that kind of service there. The client should be priority but clearly this isn't the case at Promenade nandos...
