On 21/04/13 my husband and I ordered unreal breakfasts and a side of mushrooms and pork sausage at the Eagle Ridge Spur. Our waitron was Brandon who also happens to be the manager. When our breakfast was served the sides were not in the plate and when we asked about it were told that they were not ready yet. I then asked Brandon to replace the strawberry jam with marmalade. He told me that they stopped buying it as it was too expensive. I said but surely they should be catering for their customers as we are paying for the breakfast aftet all. Brandons reply to me was that Im paying for the breakfast and not the jam and that I must be satisfied with the other jam. When the mushrooms eventually arrived they looked and tasted like rubber. We complained and brandon took them away and replaced them with more rubbery mushrooms. We did not eat them. Brandon told us that they deep fry them? Why? I told him they shoud have been done on the flat grill with the eggs. He said they did not do it that way. In the end we were not charged for the mushrooms. This was the worst Spur experience ever!
