Today at 15h10 we went to the KFC Douglasdale and i ordered a street wise 6 piece meal. The meal comes with 2 gravies so i asked for a mash and gravy instead. So the lady says that she cannot change it because the meals come as a gravy. I explained that i will pay the difference for the gravy so she insisted that KFC do not give alternative to the set meal orders. I have in the past at other KFC outlets received a swop from the gravy to the mash and gravy and generally at no additional cost. We then get to the pick up window and see that the gravies are regular gravies and only half full. So i ask for the manager as i'm already upset about not being able to change the gravy to the mash and gravy and now the gravy container is not even full. The manager comes to the window and i explain to him that the picture shows the large gravy so he says i must read the menu it says regular in a very abrupt tone. So i ask him about the mash and gravy swop and he says we only give whats on the menu. I was still inquiring about having the option of mash and gravy with a different price and he walked away from the window and i wanted to still inquire about the half full containers of gravy
