I phoned at 17.58pm to order a triple decker meaty pizza and a triple decker chicken pizza.
The pizza came and I gave it to my 4 hungry kids aged 2, 6, 8 and 10.
The Meaty pizza was hot so I phoned to complain that my kids didnt want it and said I had tasted it to myself.
He immediately got very defensive and asked why I requested Extra Tikka - (which I did not!)
.I said I will send back the pizza, please can he replace it with a chicken because they got that one right and it was really nice (this call was placed at 7.10pm where I insisted my kids were waiting), he gave more attitude to say I must drop it of when it had been a delivery and that he will be sure to taste it himself and phone me with his thoughts.
I phoned again at 7.26pm and offered to fetch it (the replacement) to which the lady who answered said it had been sent already, its now 20.10pm and still no sign of them (they are 3kms away) and my kids are still hungry.
I have been dealing with Debonairs Pizza here in Queensburgh since 2001. I will NEVER again use Debonairs Queensburgh. He has put me off, having worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years I know how customers should be treated.
