I am a frequent customer to that branch as I reside close by. I ordered a tikka chicken pizza for take away and chose the option with a spicy tomato sauce. I picked up the order, saw that it was the correct order and left. However, upon getting home and eating the pizza, I realised that there was no spicy tomato sauce on the pizza. I called the branch back to enquire why there had been no tomato sauce added even though I had been charged for it. I was transferred to the manager but had to wait for close to 3 minutes before she answered the phone. She was rude and didn't even give me a chance to complete my sentence before she began talking over me. She was adamant that the sauce was put on the pizza and said that I do not know how the sauce tastes even after I told her that I ordered the same pizza with spicy tomato many times. Furthermore, she said that I must take the pizza back for her to inspect it. I refused to take it back given that it was an error on their side. She rudely said that there's nothing she could do about it then. When I asked for her name & surname she said that it was just Paula and that she didn't have a surname!! Shocked and disgusted at the level of service
