I bought meals for my family to value of R199.00 and used my Debit card for payment. The Debit card machine didn't work as it declined my card twice. So i had to pay cash for the meals. At the time my phone was not working because of signal and I got home my and rebooted my phone I got a notification sms that the money has been deducted from my account. I reported it with the manager and even gave her a bank statement to show that refund was given she assured me that the Owner will refund me.
Up until today I have not rceived my refund. A R199.00 is a lot, which cannot just be written off.
I require my refund.
