I visited the Wimpy at the Myezo 1 Stop in Mthatha while on holiday, my wife and i were served by a lady called Pamela and we place our order (slip available if you care), i ordered the Lekka Wors breakfast and there was nothing lekker about it. there was hair in the food that i noticed half way into the meal and a slice of the toast smelled fishy and was soggy almost like tuna. the manager made her way to us and i showed her the hair, she took the plate away, clicked her tongue in annoyance and that was that, we never saw her again. i assumed the meal would be removed from the bill as is common courtesy in such a situation. when i requested the bill, the meal was on the bill. i requested for the manager and she was in the toilet so i left after 5 minutes of waiting, This was the worst experience i had in customer care and being in the food industry i am aware of the protocols one should follow. i await your feedback wimpy...
