We work at a company who order's Sandwich Baron every single day about 5 times a day. We have never had a problem with them until yesterday. we ordered a ham, cheese, tomato and mayonnaise french loaf and when the order got here it cost more as they added the mayonnaise seperate and we received a cheese, tomato and mayonnaise footlong. I called the lady and got the worst attitude i have ever received. She told me that she had taken the order and she knows best. She told me that she had taken a "cheese, tomato and mayonnaise" order. First of all, it was wrong, we all heard my colleague say "HAM, cheese and tomato with Mayonnaise" but apparently we were all dreaming. I am disgusted by this and will no longer be ordering from Sandwich Baron again and i will tell my friends, family and colleagues not to order either.
