On Friday, a friend and I decided to go out and try a new restaurant as we are on a constant search for better service than that of our regular "spots". Which is when we happened to stumble upon Primi Piatti. At first it was like any other restaurant but further into the evening, it was clear to see that this restaurants was very different to other restaurants, in plain explanation BRILLIANT SERVICE. Our waiter Xola, was ever so pleasant, the staff member who brought our appetizer was pleasant, knowledgeable about the food, and very friendly, which turned out to be very refreshing compared to the likes of restaurants such as Spur whom do not in any sense of the word boast fantastic staff such as this. When asked a question they knew exactly what to say instead of the usual "uhm..." we're used to getting. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know, that including myself whenever I need a reminder that great customer service does still exist in this country.
