I'm a loyal nandos glenwood customer. Today (30 March 2013), i bought two quarter chickens, chips and rolls. as per usual i opened my pack to check to see if everything was in there, i saw my meals and didnt think to check for condiments because the place wasn't busy and that mistake had been made once before and i was promised it would never happen again. After driving home and preparing to eat, i found that there was no butter, no salt, no tomato sauce and no nandos sauce. How am i supposed to trust nandos now if i cant trust them with simply putting everything in?
I'm very disappointed and very irritated as well. Something has to be done to make the staff more efficient.
