Took my family to nando's richardsbay on the 29/03/2013 at about 14.20. placed an order and waited.by 15.00 asked the staff what was happening. 30 mins have passed and kids were hungry. they said its on its way. 45 mins later my husband complained to the manager. she also said it's on it's way. 50 mins later the food arrived. the chicken pieces were luke warm, chips was dried up and cold and the salad was cold. we left and asked for a refund. this was poor service and very disappointing. adults are still patient. not fair for small kids to remain hungry for so long. they asked to rather go to mcdonalds where the service was perfect. nando's just lost us and others for business.
