Firstly sorry to post this on Dros Gateway when it is in fact a Dros Canal Walk query...
The main reason for this is Dros Canal walk is not even listed as one of the companies who respond..another low
Anyway yesterday I decided to take my girlfriend out for dinner at Dros Canal Walk after she had just arrived from a 2 weeks long trip to George. As imagined she was quite hungry however she truly loves Dros' food and thus wanted nothing at but Dros. We were firstly disappointed by the fact that after being seated in the smoking area, it took at least 109 minutes to even get menus. Even after getting menus we still didn't get the drink menu (we didn't even have a waiter anyway), after asking 2 or 3 different waiters for the drinks menu, we were finally given an incomplete menu.
Eventually after about 45 minutes of seating there waiting for a waiter to come and take our orders, we gave up and left. The lady at the door just looked at us as we were leaving and said "oh well... sorry"
I have never been so disappointed with any other restaurant before
