I went to Fish and Chips at Cosmo City I ordered chips and vienna meal and I requested for my chips to be made crispy since I enjoy them like that, the cashier placed my order and requested that the chips be made crispy a lady with a red t-shirt shouted from the back and said there were no crispy chips I asked the cashier and that lady also shouted and said there were no crispy chips the machine is broken I requested to see the manager concerning that woman's bad attitude and then I was told she was the Manager I asked to speak to her she made wait for about 45min and I was hungry at that time and I waited and reminded her several times that I am still waiting until I asked her again if she was going to attend to me when she is closing the shop and then again with her BAD DISGUSTING ATTITUDE shouted at me and said I am preparing the order I couldn't understand how because I was told their machines were broken I requested for their Regional Manager's numbers and everyone there was scared to give me the number. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISGUSTING UNPROFFESSIONAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE, I would never refer that fish and Chips to anyone NEVER, I was so humiliated in my l
