I paid a deposit for the use of the facilities for my daughters wedding. The deposit was promised to be repaid within 7 days. it is now 13 days and I have still not received my deposit back. Everytime we phone to enquire they will either pay the deposit or it has already been paid. this has been going on since last week Friday. When we spoke to them today they said that the deposit had been paid on Monday 18/03/2013. we then informed them that there was no payment reflecting on my bank statement, they were asked to send a proof of payment, which they said they would send immediatly. Until now we have not received the payment or the proof of payment that they promised to send. what is their problem apart for deceiving clients.
