On Wednesday 13 March 2013, we ordered a KFC Streetwise 6 meal for delivery Chk num 4434. It took over and hour for the meal to be delivered and when it was, there were no rolls. We called the store again and the teller that took our order said she will organise for teh driver to come back, after another 30 minutes still no rolls, yet another phone call was made and this time we requested to speak to the manager, who in turn said the driver will be 15 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by and the rolls were delivered.
I buy KFC for my family every single week and yesterdays incident was just not acceptable. First we received our delivery late, then had to wait over another hour for the delivery of rolls that werent with our initial order, this is very disappointing. I am not impressed at all.
