Pasta had no taste

We placed an order at 10-30am for lunch at 12 and was promised that the lunch will be delivered at 12pm. we only received the lunch at 12-30pm which was passed our lunch time. firstly the pasta was in small portions and it didnt have any taste.
pasta was boiled with no salt and chicken was fried in used oil which made some of the girls sick.
this is the second time we had this problem.
