On Wednesday 6 April 2013 I asked for a two shot Americano in a short cup at the Mugg and Bean in Sanlam Mall in Bellville. Surprisingly I was charged for an espresso and for a small americano. When I enquired why I was not simply charged for a double espresso (to which they could add a little water), I was simply informed that that is how they ring it up!
