It was my daughter 6year old birthday and we went for supper at Dros Willowbridge. On arrival the waiters disputed to who was gonna help us. Finally we were seated but had to wait 15-20minutes to be served. We had to call a waiter. No sauces, cutlery, etc. on table. Our drinks that we ordered was not available and we had to change our drinks which was poured out of a 1.5lt bottle. Food came half and hour later and was only wife and daughters food. Myself and son had to wait another 15-minutes for our food. The free prawns only came after our meals and had a very bad smell like it was off. we called another waiter but was ignored. The manager never visited the table and was of no use. This is my second visit to Dros and I'm not happy at all cos i thought it will be better. For me it is not on to be treated so cos i own two food restaurants. Please look into this matter and please contact me if everything is sorted out. One plus is that the food was okay.
