A sirloin steak special was ordered and a strand of hair was found in the mushroom sauce. The manager stated that the strand of hair was normally found on the mushrooms and found its way into the sauce. We were offered a free meal or a 50% discount and we opted for the discount as I was disgusted with the food. When presented with the bill we were only refunded 15%. When we queried the bill we posed as liars and we were informed that the maximum amount compensated for disputes about the food is 15% and the replacement meal will be for your own account. This resturant requires an audit by the health department if piatto intend to contine to conduct business in this manner.
