We previously had a bad experience with a waiter at the same spur, after reporting it Spur immediately took care of the situation. Yesterday I made an appointment via E-mail for us to go there again. When we arrived there no booking was made. Peter the manager admitted he did not check the e-mails but even though the restaurant was quite full, he made a plan and took us in with no further hassles what so ever. Even the waiter, Titus, was very friendly and competent in his job. With a manager and staff so competent, it is no wonder the Arrow ridge spur is packed with customers. I personally can recommend anyone to go there and have a great time and lovely meal.
