Can someone please tell me why we still support Nandos? I guess we are mere suckers for punishment.
We, as a company, order at least 1 to 2 times per week from Nando's Benmore Gardens. We always ask for "
EXTRA SAUCE" with the order, as the grilled chicken is dry.
The so Called "SPECIAL REQUEST" sticker gets put onto the packet, but they forget to put the special request into the bag.
Today was no exception, the chicken was as dry as a piece of Cardboard, Extra sauce, yes, load of sachets, which is not what we asked for, but extra of the marinade that other stores put in.
The roll was stale, and every time you held it, it crumbled, the chips were old, as if fried 3 days ago. Is this how you treat regular customers? I have photos of the mean today, which I am saddened to say was terrible.
We have requested the extra sauce with every 1/4 chicken meal purchased, and not once have I gotten my request fulfilled.
I will never eat at Nando's again, and will advise family and friends not to support your organisation.
