Horrible food

I ordered 22 meals from Nando's today, and when the food got to me, the chips and wedges had fallen out of the packets, the food was packed poorly, food was ice cold, the burger boxes were all broken and the pita's were smashed together. I had to present this food to my directors and was extremely embarrassed, i will never order from nando's again, this was truly a horrible experience.
