Terrible food and attitude

On Monday I bought 2 pieces of hake, small chips, fish cake and 1/2 portion battered calamari rings. It was the most disgusting meal, fish was WAY over cooked and full of bones, fish cake was mostly bread, calamari like rubber... my cats wouldn't touch it. Went back next day to complain and was told "Bad Luck" This is terrible service as well as terrible food and I will never go back to a Fish & Chip Co. Word of mouth advertising to all my friends too. DISGUSTING
