Acknowledge the problem

I generally do not like to complain publicly regarding bad service etc as i was in the restaurant indusrty.

I recently had a "breakfast" at the Dulce which is located in the Stodels nursery CPT.

I sent Dulce head office a direct email via their website explaining the situation on the staff, manageress and the time it took to take my order let alone make it.

I purely wanted to inform the head office of the situation so future patrons would potentially get a better experience / service.
However it as been 3 days and the head office has not even responded to my email to confirm delivery or acknowledge the probem.

Just the fact the the head office didn't respond to my initial email tells me that these problems will continue, as this is not the first time I have had a bad experience in a Dulce restaurant.

I thought I would give them another try & again was disappointed.
Fortuantely there are other restaurants out there.
